188 A Georgian striking fusee bracket clock, the 7" arch shaped silvered dial with strike silent indicator, the dial signed George Tupman of Grosvenor Square (dial with 5 modern visible brass screws), contained in an arch shaped mahogany case (split to top) and with pierced oval grills to the side, raised on gilt bracket feet, the 5 1/2" brass back plate engraved a 1/2" border with G T monogram to the centre and having a 3" circular pendulum bob slightly engraved, together with an associated wooden bracket £1400-1800 -
