A 19th Century Swiss cylinder musical box striking on 4 bells, having a 22cm drum and playing 8 aires, the hinged interior lid with paper label bearing Fabrique de Geneve listing 8 airs (Mozart Strauss etc) Lith. A Hass Geneva, contained in an inlaid crossbanded rosewood box 22cm h x 46cm w x 29cm d £180-220

Requires a clean, 1 tooth is missing, the lid is slightly warped and has replacement brass hinges, comb is rusty, later added lever operation plaques. One of the feet is loose. The base is marked 19778
