A handsome pair of Victorian ebonised and painted tub back chairs with lattice work backs and woven cane seats, raised on turned and fluted supports, painted throughout ILLUSTRATED

Chair one has a piece of wood missing from the centre of the back support and the top of the left arm is cracked. The right arm is also cracked. There are numerous chips to the paintwork all over the chair, particularly on the front panel just below the seat. The second chair is sound but does have chips to the paintwork.
