We are not qualified to state colour, clarity etc of stone and so are not able to clarify that the stone is not synthetic although this ring is entered by the person who made it and we have been selling their items for over 20 years with NO problems or returns. If there should be a problem, you would be covered by our Guarantee on this item. This ring is marked 18ct and 1.25 and there are surface scratches to the stone.
