A Regency rectangular tortoiseshell trinket box with domed hinged lid, 3" £30-50

The box measures 6.5cm wide by 3cm deep x 2.5cm max height. It is tortoiseshell on wood and is 19th Century. The piece is all original, having no later repairs or restoration although there is damage to it. The inside of the box is worn where the hinge is uneven and the box scrapes on the clasp and there are numerous chips to the tortoiseshell (See additional images).
