G Graham of Cockermouth, an 18th Century 8 day striking longcase clock, the 35cm painted arched dial with floral spandrels, subsidiary second hand, Roman numerals, striking on a bell and contained in a banded oak case 225cm h, complete with key, pendulum and weights SOLD £135

The dial has paint loss in 3 places, there is a slight nick to the left hand side of the hood door. The case has some splits to the base of the trunk and a 2cm dent to the left hand side. There are some minor dents and knocks to the extremities. There is small area of veneer loss and a patch of replaced veneer by the handle on the door of the hood.
