A Victorian silver cased propelling pencil, London 1895 £10-20
Condition report
The propelling pencil mechanism is in working order although the pen is missing from the other end. The pen is marked S MORDAN & CO and PATENT with the silver makers mark SM & CO being slightly worn. There is no damage.
