It is otherwise in good condition. The diamond cluster has a diameter of 13mm. The diamonds have a hint of yellow. The sapphire has a diameter of 7mm and is approximately 4mm deep. The sapphire has some scratches, minor nibbles and inclusions plus some colour zoning visible with the naked eye.
