An open faced pocket watch by Nicholas Evans of Bridge Town Barbados contained in a silver case, together with a related miniature portrait of a young lady wearing a blue dress
Condition report
The movement is, according to the paperwork which is included in the lot, a No 62 lever chain driven fusee amde by Nicholas Evans of Bridgetown, Barbados. The case is hallmarked TH, London 1884, serial no 15716. It has numerous repair marks but the movement does tick, although we are unable to comment on its time keeping abilities.
