A 19th Century elm smokers bow chair with spindle decoration and solid seat, raised on turned supports with double H framed stretcher

This chair is elm, the frame is loose due to the stretchers requiring glue, the bar back has pitting and scratching, the chair does not sit square on the floor i.e. it rocks back to front which could be rectified
