Condition report
The pendant and key are present with this lot but it is not in working order. We are not actually sure that it is American or whether it was just produced for the US market. The plaque to the front is of the White House or a similar biulding and Washington DC is written on the plaque. However, the movement itself is stamped FOREIGN.
