A 19th Century French striking mantel clock with porcelain dial and Roman numerals contained in a Meissen style porcelain case decorated cherubs 18" £150-200 ILLUSTRATED

There are chips to both winding holes and 4 other cracks on the dial, 1 at 3, one halfway between 1-2, one at 6 and one at 9. There is numerous damage to the casing, none to the body itself but plenty to the decoration. Alot of the foliage is chipped as well as damage to the bottom right body of the lizard and the left fish tail. The left cherub has damage to the flowers, foot and toes. There is damage to the top cherubs left hand fingers and to the right cherub on the left hand fingers.
