The top hat is a size 6 7/8. The silk is slightly worn around the top rim and has some minor patches on top. The other 3 hats are in good condition. The inner measurements are as follows: Top Hat: 16cm x 19.5cm Bowler Hat: 16.5cm x 19.5cm Pith Helmet: 17.5cm x 20cm Boater: 15.5cm x 19cm
