A 19th Century style American Blinking Eye clock with 3" circular dial in the form of a standing man, the base marked Bandley & Hubb A Road, Patented July 14 1857 £50-100
Condition report
This lot is cast iron. The paint finish is good and probably original but there is no patination and the screws to the base are new, leading us to catalogue the clock as 19th Century STYLE as we do not believe it has the age. The eyes and movement have been working but cannot be guaranteed. Although the base of the clock is cast patented, there are no patent numbers.
