An 18th Century 8 day striking longcase clock with 12" silvered dial with subsidiary second hand and calendar aperture marked John Vidion of Faversham, contained in a mahogany case 81" ILLUSTRATED SOLD £500

The corners of the base are scuffed but other than this, the case is in very good condition. The face is quite dirty an has some light scratches. The movement fits well to the seatboard so we do think that they may be original to each other.
