An Edwardian repousse silver dome top stationery box with scrolls and flowers having a vacant cartouche, maker William Comyns, 31cm SOLD £220

The leather is very scuffed and there is a 12cm tear to the left hand side. The leather beneath the cover is stained with polish. The base has splits and is worn and the back is faded. The silver is in good condition and the lock is original though there is no key.
