An 18th Century 30 hour longcase clock, the 12" square dial with floral painted spandrels, subsidiary second hand marked Payne of Hadreigh?, contained in a heavily carved oak case 81" ILLUSTRATED SOLD £260

This clock has the weights and the pendulum. The hour hand has been repaired. There are chips to the wood above and below the left hand column on the hood. The finials are missing from the top of the hood. There are several nibbles around the edge of the face. There is a split to the front of the base. PLEASE NOTE that we do not guarantee clocks or watches to be in working order, nor do we comment on their time keeping abilities.
