A mid 19th Century mahogany cased dial clock having Roman and Arabic silvered dial with outer minute track, signed and centred with alarm subsidiary dial, set single fusee movement with verge and folio escapement and count wheel strike on bell 22"diam. ILLUSTRATED SOLD £3000

This lot is in good condition. The alarm dial rotates freely. Winding arbours for main power, alarm and setting of alarm. The case has a later replacement back and the bezel is cracked. It is actually an 18th Century movement not 19th as catalogued. The dial is 44.9cm in diameter.
