Patek Philippe, a gentleman's 18ct yellow gold cased mechanical pocket watch, the dial inscribed chronometro gondolo Patek Philippe & Cie Geneva, with seconds at 6 o'clock, the movement numbered 163829, the cased numbered 268543, the engine turned case with C S monogram, contained in a 55mm case
Condition report
This watch is not in working order and the hands may be replacements. There is a watchmakers scratch mark to the interior of the case. It is otherwise in good condition.
