A Russian wall clock contained in a teak and plastic case £20-30

The clock measures 45cm max high x 29cm max width. It is in good overall condition, although there is a chip to the bottom point of the wood (image attached). There is no key to wind the clock so we are unable to establish if it is in working order. The hands of the clock have been painted black and I am unsure if they have been badly painted or if they were black originally and the paint is chipping off.
