Lot 238
A 19th Century brass and polished steel shooting scorer by G & JW Hawksley, retailed by J Woodwood & Sons of 64 St James St. London, marked Rabbits, Partridges, Hares and Pheasant £50-75 ILLUSTRATED

The lot appears to be in fair order. One side is brass and the other is steel - one of the counting discs on the steel side does look as it has been replaced, although the winder still appears original. All of the counters move and each click as they turn. The piece is marked to both the edge, which bows slightly from the top and bottom, and to the steel side.
