A Fuller Type calculating slide rule, the body marked 247, complete with George Fuller instructions for use of the rule 1879, contained in a mahogany case

The sliding scale has some scratches to the body and some minor chips to the shellacking at either end. The lower half is slightly faded. The circular mahogany end is cracked. The rule is otherwise in good condition and is marked 247 on the brass fitting. The top of the mahogany case is damaged
