A Staunton's wooden chess set, contained in a Staunton mahogany box with replacement hinge, together with a board SOLD £600

The pieces have weighted bases and the king is 8.6cm high. The kings are unmarked. There is a Jacques label to the inside of the box. There are splits to the base of the black king, both black bishops, rook and 1 of the pawns, there is damage to 3 of the collars of the black pawns and 1 of the finials of a black pawn is missing. The white king is missing the cross to his crown, both white bishops are damaged and 2 of the white pawns are missing finials to the top
