P J Mene, a bronze figure of a standing horse raised on an oval naturalistic base, the base marked P J Mene 1846 D Jinn Etalon Barbe Coalbrookdale Co. (tail f and r) 16" £1000-1500

Lot 368, the Mene bronze is not in very good condition. It has a patch on the back where the bronze has been repaired and the tail has been off and repaired.
