This painting has been cleaned and re-lined and probably over painted in parts. The frame is not original to the picture which probably dates from the late 19th century. There is a small scratch in the bottom left corner and the cracks in the paint through out have been stretched when the painting has been re-lined. The measurement in the catalogue is of the painting and not the frame.
