Lot 461
Both of these figures have been quite extensively restored although it must be noted that it is good quality restoration. Gallant has restored areas to the hat and ribbon, the right hand, the watering can, the blade of the spade, the back and lower left corner of the coat. There are also small losses of gilt lace to the waistcoat but he is in good overall order. The figure of Belle has restoration to the right hand and forearm and the left arm and bill hook/side. The bodice is missing some lace but she too is in good order.
