An early 19th Century brass refracting 2.5 inch table telescope, signed BATE LONDON to tube on raised folding tripod base with cabriole legs, rack and pinion adjustment tube with handled key, in fitted mahogany case containing three eyepieces and lens cover, 73cm l, extends to approx 114cm
