Lot 480
A pair of 19th Century Staffordshire figures of Louis Napoleon and The Empress of France 12" (r) £75-125

The figure of Louis Napoleon is crazed all over but has no crakcs or chips. The only slight faults to this figure is that the glaze is thin to the front of the base, as illustrated, and that there are some chips to the orange/brown of the horses mane and tail. The Empress of France has a firing crack to teh rear legs. There is a small chip to the green veil. There is some crazing to the figure but it is not as defined as with Louis Napoleon
