A Viscovi oil painting on canvas, a 19th Century Continental beach scene with fishing boats and fishermen, signed 16" x 26"

This oil has been relined which is visible from the front. There is some cracking at the top in the middle by the flying birds and a small dent on the left hand side about halfway down. There is a line? running halfway across the oil at sea level although this may be the way the horizon was painted. Additional images added.
