We are unsure if the red stone is a natural ruby or not. It measures approximately 6mm x 5mm (at its widest) x2mm. There are 55 diamonds chips which are too small to be sized or properly assesessed. The ring head measures 17mm x 12mm. The stone has some minor chips to the edge of the table but the ring is otherwise generally in good condition.
