An HMV model 194 upright re-entrant tone chamber gramophone in mahogany cabinet (No 1940000118), fitted a 5a soundbox, gilt "Selfridge, London" retailers mark to cabinet, gilt fixtures throughout (tonearm, platter, needle cups, speed adjuster, hinges). Complete with a box of additional items including numerous tins and boxes of needles, two boxed HMV Instantaneous Speed Testers, HMV wood and green velvet cleaner, An HMV No 5A Sound Box in original box, an Auto Record cleaner in original box, an HMV No 5A Fibre Needle Cutter in box with original Instructions and a Goldring "Juwel-Electro" soundbox.
