A late 19th Century Berlin porcelain plaque decorated a female classical figure in diaphanous robes attending an Amorini within a romantic landscape, bears signature for Jenny Jacob, dated 1883, 10.5"h x 7"w ILLUSTRATED SOLD £260

This plaque could be either a Berlin or Paris blank. The reverse is dirty. It is incised 41, 20-30. The painted face of the plaque is generally very good. There are a few light scratches and some fritting. There has been no restoration or over polishing. There are no chips or cracks. The plaque is contained in a later frame. Overall, it is in very good condition.
