A handsome pair of Victorian salt glazed decanters in the form of Queen Victoria and Prince Albert, the reverse impressed Savage & Austin wine and spirit merchants to Her Majesty Castle Square Brighton 15" £100-150

In fact, only Prince Albert has the Savage & Austin stamp the the bottom of the back and Queen Victoria has no stamp or marks at all. Both of the figures are in good condition, Prince Albert has one chip to the back of his left elbow and Victoria has one chip to the base. Neither decanter still has its stopper. Whilst both of the figures have seam lines to the sides of the heads, neither decanter has ever lost its head.
