A Majolica style leaf shaped dish decorated fish and frog, the reverse indistinctly marked 9"

Overall the plate is in fair condition. There is no damage to the plate itself but the fish have sections of the fins missing. The plate has lots of marks to the back but we cannot identify what they are.
