The watch does tick and the second hand does move, proving that the watch is not overwound. However, it stops quite quickly and does not keep going long enough for us to evaluate the watches time keeping abilities. The glass to the dial is scratched and chipped and the winder is missing. Please note: We do not guarantee watches to be in working order
