A mid Victorian circular silver presentation salver with engraved inscription to Sir William Jenner Bart. "with the best wishes of his most sincerely T J Wynn" with the recipients coat of arms, raised on ball feet. Sir William Jenner was physician in ordinary to Queen Victoria in 1862 and in 1863 physician in ordinary to The Prince of Wales for which he was created a Baronet.
