The original cloth binding is missing sections on the spine and is scuffed and rubbed with minor staining, the title page and 1st plate are loose, pencil numbering to end papers, plate 4 has some foxing and staining, otherwise the plates are in good order, there is a large tear to a section of the fold out plate of the skeleton
