A 19th Century mahogany bureau, the fall front revealing a stepped interior above 3 long graduated drawers, (made up) with replacement handles (some patching), raised on splayed bracket feet, 28" £150-200

Condition report

The bureau is mahogany but was originally a chest of drawers which has been converted. The catalogue description really does give an accurate condition report. There are areas of patching (where the veneer has been replaced) on both the fall front and on the drawers.
