Lot 643
An 18th/19th Century Bloor Derby green glazed and gilt banded inkwell, 5" £30-50

There are no chips or restoration to any part of this lot. The inkwell is crazed all over to the glaze and some of the white interior has been stained within the crazing by the ink. The only crack is a small 0.5cm crack running out from the central hole. There is some wear to the gilt and this is nearly completely worn away on the central ink well. There is a strange small patch of glaze missing to the side of the lot, which is smooth when rubbed and so we believe is just a firing fault with the glaze.
