A bronze tripod censer, Xuande mark, 17th/18th century the spherical body rising to a flared rim, with two outward turned handles rising from the shoulders 10cm h x 25.5cm diam across the handles, with possible matching bronze stand SOLD £1500

This censer has some mild wear and minor scratches throughout. The base has some dents. The lot is otherwise generally in good condition. The vendor is the owner of the Wang Dafan painting Lot 651. The censer has a 'Part of Lot' sticker on the stand dated '3rd Apr 97' and is believed to have been purchased at auction in Scotland by the Vendors mother.
