A pair of early 20th Century Chinese rectangular, baluster vases decorated with birds amongst trees and flowers 43cm, on hardwood stands

One vase has 3 chips to the lip and a chip and crack to base. The other has 3 chips to lip and a chip to its side and both have wear to the gilding. There are no signs of restoration. One stand has 3 cm of carving missing.
