A pair of Dicker Ware jugs marked Sack 1643 and Claret 1645 6.5" together with a Dicker Ware flagon marked Thomas W Parlington Offham 1786 8" SOLD £310

The Sack jug is crazed all over. There is fritting and glaze creep to the rim. The original depression to the base where is is marked has dented the base, prior to firing. There are no cracks or chips and no obvious restoration. The claret jug is crazed all over. There is a chip to the glaze to the left of the top handle mount. There is fritting all over. There are 2 small chips to the base. The Sack and Claret jugs are marked DICKER, SUSSEX to the base. The salt glazed jug is crazed all over and there is glaze creep to the base but there is no damage at all. Overall, this piece is in very good condition. This jug is marked THE DICKER, U,C&N, SUSSEX.
