A gentleman's steel cased Omega Automatic Seamaster wristwatch

This watch is lacking 1 lug and has no bracelet, the glass is scratched and cracked. the dial is discoloured with some pitting. The case is scratched but the watch is working and appears to be keeping time over a short period. We can not open the back as we do not have the tool.
