An 18th Century circular enamel patch box with a lady before a country house, mirrored interior, 1" (f)

This box has a hole either side of the top of the lid and numerous cracks running throughout. There is some enamel loss in the house on the left hand side. The silvering on the mirror (underside of the lid) is going. There are some cracks running down the inside of the box and some scratches to the base.
