A William De Morgan circular lustre bowl decorated fish, the reverse marked CP 16" together with a pair of similar plates, 1 cracked, 10" SOLD £9800

The first plate (images 1 & 2) is crazed all over and has a small fault to the glaze on the reverse to the left side of the image. There are several contact marks to the front. The second plate (images 3,4 &5) is also crazed all over and has some small faults to the glaze on the back and some contact marks. This plate also has a crack which runs from the edge to the centre and can be seen on both sides of the plate. The bowl (images 6-9) is also crazed. There are small faults to the reverse in the glaze. There is a scuff to the rim.
