Lot 753
A Regency double fusee striking bracket clock, the 8" painted dial with Roman numerals and having a plain unsigned 5" black plate, striking on bell, contained in a mahogany case surmounted by a pineapple finial, 21"h x 11 1/2"w x 6 1/2"d together with an associated inlaid brass and rosewood bracket SOLD £800

There are some chips and wear to the dial. Small sections of veneer have been replaced to the left of the dial, on both sides and to the back door. The pineapple finial appears to be a later replacement and there are 3 small sections of veneer missing to the bracket. The clock is complete with a key though it is not necessarily the original. The clock is currently in working condition.
