The painting is in good condition overall although there is some light cracking over the hands and some light flaking and one patch of contact damage. The painting along with the other speculative oil paintings in this sale have come from a Probate we are dealing with where sadly, there are no family remaining and so we do not know how long they had been in the family or where they came from.
