A 19th Century French striking mantel clock, contained in a red boulle and gilt mounted case 12" SOLD £300

There is a large section of metal lifting on the clock's left hand side and some much smaller sections damaged or rising on the front bottom right corner, either side at the top and on the clock's right hand side. The bottom panel on the clock;s left hand side appears to have been replaced. The clock is not currently in working order. There is no makers name. It measures 31cm in height, 16cm in width and 12cm in depth.
