Whislt this is a perpetual calendar case and the cards inside are cards which can be used over approx 6 years, they are not the original innards of the case. The case has the winding buttons to the top which would have been wound to change the day/date etc on a canvas roll which is no longer present. The winding mechanism is still present and both buttons wind. There are a few light dents and scratches to the case but it is in good order overall.
