Chauncey Jerome, Newhaven, an American 30 hour striking wall clock with painted dial and Roman numerals, contained in a walnut case, the glazed panelled door decorated a view of St George's Edinburgh

Condition report

This clock has some damage around the top hinge of the door and as such the veneer is splitting. The door itself has come loose around the glass panel in the top left corner. The case has several chips to the top and sides.
